Thaddeus Samuel was awesome. He helped my husband Michael last year when he turned 65 obtain additional insurance to offset Medicare. At that time, we explained that I was turning 65 in April. He schedule a call back appointment to assist with my enrollment which we did today. He is so pleasant and easy to speak with. He answered questions and clarified anything I did not understand.
Everyone I dealt with in your organization from the person who answered the phone etc., was pleasant and helpful.
Most of our friends are in this retirement at 65 group who will be needing assistance. I have recommended Thaddeus and given his contact information to them.

I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and care provided by one of their specialists, Adrianna Gomez. She helped me pick out the best Medicare plans for myself in 2016. Today, Nov. 2021, she again has helped me with advancing my coverage. She is patient, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend her as anyone's agent. And she speaks Spanish!

Carmelita McMillan is the person that signed me up for my Medicare. I honestly don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her, she went out of her way to help me, she was super nice, she made sure I understood everything!!! She's an exceptional person and if I had to do it all over again I would choose her again and again!! I would recommend her to my own mother if my mother was alive and had to sign up for Medicare, I do have some family that will have to sign up in a few year's and I most definitely will recommend her to them!!!
